I purchased the Fire TV stick so that I could view internet shows on my older bedroom TVs. It worked out great and was very easy to set up since it is basically a plug and play device. I am now able to enjoy Prime shows, Netflix, and YouTube videos throughout my home. Depending on your home's wifi coverage, you may need to also buy a wifi extender to improve your viewing experience on tvs that are not close to your router.

This is a great cable cutting device & has a good clear picture with alot of apps.

I bought this on black Friday for $25 and is normally $40. Super easy and quick to setup and get going. I haven't had any freezing issues or lag problems. I have a Roku and Western Digital box. I would say the Roku and Amazon stick are equal while greatly dislike the WDTV. Great product!

For multiple tvs and the price you can't go wrong. The roku works a little better but costs more. Save the money unless you plan on just going with one.

Of the few devices in the form factor, Chromecast and Roku Streaming Stick namely, The Fire TV stick comes out on top in performance. The primary reason for my purchase was to get Plex into more rooms at my house. The performance on Plex is fantastic that said much of my media has to be transcoded to be played on the Fire TV Stick. Additionally being an Amazon Prime member The Amazon content is extremely easy to get to and enjoy.

I had never heard of the Fire stick when it was the deal of the day. I then did some quick research on it and decided to give it a try. The fire stick is simple to set up and the remote is easy to understand and use. The screen menu's are easy to navigate and to find where you want to go or what you are looking for. Downloading Netflix and other apps is simple and will link up with your account if used on your wifi account in the house, you just need to download and sign in. So far I am impressed with the ease of use and the options available to stream movies/shows.
