My husband and I bought the Amazon Fire Stick with the intent to add additional applications such as UFC, NFL Game Pass, ect. However, after adding these additional apps, the Fire Stick runs much slower, frequently pausing to buffer. Overall, it's great for streaming the shows and movies we love. We just wish it would run smoother.

I purchased the fire stick as a replacement for a Roku device. I had previously held off because Amazon did not offer access to on subscription I preferred, but that has changed. The fire stick costs under half of the other device, it works like it is supposed to. And I know for a fact how good Amazon customer service and support is.

This device is great for its intensive purpose. This is my second one. Much better than Chromecast, only wish it had more memory.

I was looking for an alternative to buying another cable box for each of my kids rooms. I chose Roku and the Fire Stick and I must say both were great but the fire stick gave me a bit more. It also worked better with my Circle unit so i was able to have it auto shut off. I can strongly say if you want to save a few bucks it works.

The video quality is great. So long as you have fast wifi, you are good to go!

Great streaming device, has netflix and all the goodies on it. You can download Youtube and other apps onto it. I have a smart TV, but this is still a far easier device to use and runs very swiftly for its surprising size! I actually own two.

This is a great streamer for such a small device, but you do have to plug it in to ask outlet, which doesn't bother me. If you sideload apps like Kodi, you can get all kinds kinds of shows. Only 39.99 when I got mine, without the voice control. Only complaint is that the remote sometimes will freeze a moment, but no biggie really.
