I have been using Roku for years now. Actually I think they had 8 channels when I started. I thought I would try the Amazon Fire Stick as it was reasonably priced and seemed like a good alternative. Boy did I get my moneys worth . It has turneb out to be the best device I have owned so far. My kids can play games on it plus all of the programming and channels make it perfect for our family.

This firestick is easy to install and use amazed of the size and power it packs.

In term of price: Amazon sell it at $40, best buy offered at $25. This is a good deal. In term of product: I think Fire tv stick perform better than Chromestick. I have both, Fire stick has a lot of programs available, Chromestick... I basically only use it to chrome the programs from my smartphone to the tv, the chrome stick doesn't have any program.

Easily connected via HDMI and power cable. Small, easy to use. Very easy to setup.

The amazon fire stick is definitely better than the chrome cast and the mid range roku. The amazon interface is horrible, but I'm not knocking the performance at all. For the price, I'm impressed. It handles Netflix and hulu without a hitch. I can play most games that are not graphic intensive flawlessly with the included remote, or with the amazon gamepad. I'd definitely buy more for all of my tv's including my garage tv. I'd give it another half star I'd possible, but i had to drop it, due to occasional network signal loss.

this stream still is pretty good and better than chromcast it includes a small remote which is so easy to use.im happy with my purchase.

I received my Amazon Fire Stick in time for Christmas. I am a Prime customer and the Fire Stick seems to be made for Prime. It is easy to hook up, easy to use and a decent price. You don't have to be a Prime member to enjoy the Fire Stick but it does make things so easy. If you already use Amazon Instant Videos your watch list is already there and ready to use. I am very happy with the purchase.

I purchased this after comparing to several other media streamers. After reading the online reviews, I made my decision. This has been the best, fastest and easiest to use media streamer that I have ever purchased. Not only that....it's portable and I can easily use it on multiple TV's or take it on the road when I travel. I HIGHLY recommend this product over the others on the market.
