The availability of apps and programs on the Fire TV Stick is great! However, it can be very slow when loading the apps. We use it mainly for Vue TV and the guide and channels take forever to load. Other apps are also slow to load.

Product wasn't a right fit for my mother who has limited Amazon knowledge

It was in expensive and definitely worth it, it has almost everything on it and definitely beats having cable, so cut those cable bills out and get a Firestick!!!!

I made an intention to stop lying high cable fees and opted for the Amazon Fire Stick. It's been over 2 months and I have not regretted my decision once. All the shows I need are there. With Hulu and Netflix I'm still in the loop too.

The fire stick is worth it, very easy to setup and following. I am going to keep it because I like the fact I am use to Netflix and you can download other apps.

So easy to install and so many features. Have two now and want it on all tv's now. Will be buying more soon! Friends have bought as well per my recommendation .

Amazon fire sticks are easy to use and work great for tv’s that aren’t smart. I like my fire stick

Out of all the media sticks this is the cheapest in price and best one in my book. You could always step up to the 4K but unless you have a 4K TV what's the point.

Bought the fire tv stick a month ago coz cable was getting too expensive. Subscribed with Playstation Vue and guess what? It works great!!! I saved a lot of money on cable! The fire tv stick is a little slow but with the savings I'm getting, I don't really mind. Just get a faster internet plan and you'll be happy with your life. Playstation vue offers a free 2 weeks trial and Sling tv gives you a month, in that way you'll be able to compare which service works for you. Recomended the amazon fire tv stick to friends & relatives who are paying too much on cable and everybody says they're happy.

It puts everything in one place making it so easy to get to no more switching through apps to get to Netflix and Hulu all in one spot now and can take it anywhere

From the beginning this device could not hold the signal from my router. Researched the net and found many others had the same problem. Among the various fixes was to tape a copper wire to the stick and let it dangle to enhance the internal antenna. This did not help, so I taped another wire and wrapped it around a nearby speaker pole. Nyet! I finally attached one of the wires to two nearby existing radio antennae. I can now stream movies without inturruption. But I still have problems streaming music for any length of time. I get the circling arrow and "Loading" message often enough to be very annoying. When I check the network signal, I get a message saying, "Signal Very Good, But With Problems." I have no problem with my ancient laptop placed in the same area. Additionally, the user interface leaves me frustrated every time I use it.

I was able to set this up easily per the on screen instructions and WI-fi capabilities. Now I am able to have one stop for movies, tv shows and music options.

I love my Fire Stick so much that I ordered another one for my television in the other room. I am looking for ways to reduce my cable bill and this does help.

Unlike the chromecast, the amazon fire stick comes with a remote which I personally like better than using my phone. User interface is simple and easy to use.
