Great for Kodi
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I do have Amazon Prime, so I do use Prime video with this. But I primarily use it for Kodi. It runs it fairly well if you adjust the advanced settings file. The Wi-Fi on this is okay, nothing to write home about. But for the price, it's certainly better than more. It's a little slow at times, especially if you compare it with the new one side-by-side. But for general use, it's perfectly fine. This doesn't play HEVC videos well. On Kodi, it can't play streams with 5.1 audio that well either. It does 1080p/720p 2.0 audio streams perfectly fine though. If you don't use Kodi, it's still a great device to use with Netflix, Prime Video and stuff. The UI is easy to navigate, and you even have Alexa (using your phone) to get those Alexa deals.

Cut the cord!
