I have both an AppleTV and GoogleChromecast. Purchased this as a cheaper item to AppleTV. Clarity is awesome. And at about $75 cheaper. Purchased this as a comparable item to GoogleChromecast and the remote is best upgrade. Only complaint is that it sticks when playing movies on Plex.

The Amazon Fire TV Stick is a great streamer. It has every app you are looking for and the operation is very easy. I would recommend the Fire TV Stick to anyone looking for a quality streaming stick.

Bought it for Amazon video and this little device surprised me...great compliment to my Chromecast mainly because you can install apps.. Highly recommend for streaming media fans. Controller is responsive and easy to use.. Voice search through smart phone app is a big plus.

The amazon fire stick is a nice little streamer. I bought one for every tv in the house. We use them to watch amazon prime content and we also sideloaded Kodi to get tons of free movies and tv.

The Amazon Firestick is an awesome device. It's small and can easily travel. After receiving it, I cut my cable off. It's easy to use, and my daughter loves it as well. I have one for every tv.

I have both a Chromecast and a Roku, and this by gar tops then both, the UI on the firestick is smooth and easy to use. Just plug it in, connecting the to your network and sit back and enjoy the show

I got one for my Mother and another for my Father who are not the most technological people and both times had easy install and no issues with finding what they wanted. It made their lives better.

I have Apple TV and Roku's for many years prior to this purchase. This Amazon firestick is an awesome product with easy setup and great functionality. Bought one for my son & family. They love it too !!

Love this new Amazon product its compatible with my kindle fire. Turns my regular tv to a smart tv. I would highly recommend. Also a very great price.

I got this mainly for the screencast functionality and because the price at the time was a great deal. Otherwise my Roku 2 has a lot of the same features. I was able to plug it into my stereo receiver and it works prefect. I'd recommend it and I would buy another for traveling.

I really love this. I have some older flat screens that aren't smart tha so couldn't access my Amazon or Netflix. This is great. It was self explanatory set-up! Will buy a few more for all the tvs.

Bought the Fire TV for my parents - they love it. It was simple for them to figure out. Bought this stick for our house. Great range on wifi as well.

The fire stick is working good. The operation is smooth and fast. A lot of application can choose. To now, the only suggestion is if it can connect some Bluetooth mouse or keyboard will be much better.

I chose the Amazon fire stick over the fire tv primarily for the price. Best buy has it on sale for $24.99 as a Black Friday special. It was very easy to hook up. It walked me through the set up and linked me to my Amazon Prime account. I have in in our bedroom so I could stream Watch ESPN and a few tv shows on Prime. There were no issues connecting to wifi. It's also dual band capable and it's fairly close to our home router. It works! It comes with a power adapter, remote control, and an HDMI extender. You do have to keep it plugged in. That may be the only issue with it. Because now I have another wire hanging down from the tv....

I use this with Sling and didn't have to buy cable to watch TV saved money for college student wanting to watch TV at times but not expensive Cable The Sling TV rep was there and was very helpful.

Setup instructions are vague, but I finally figured it out and am totally enjoying streaming movies free via Amazon Prime. This is great since I don't have cable or satellite. Selections are numerous!

The Fire Stick works great for what it is supposed to do. The only thing I wish was that it had access to other stores, amazon only kind of limits the options. However, if you have Prime, it is definitely still worth it! The speed is very decent, and interface works just fine!

I wasn't sure I'd be able to use this correctly, but it is so easy to use. I have had no issues with it. Definitely will buy more for our other tvs.

I purchased the fire stick so that I could receive Sling TV. We just cut the cable and this allowed us to receive sports programs on ESPN . It was an easy install and the bonus is that we can also pick up Amazon Prime easily. I will purchase other Fire TV Sticks for our other TV's
