This fire stick took almost an hour to set up and install. the instructions were hard to follow. after it was installed it took almost an hour to come up with an user name and password to log into the program, Other then this issue it is a good product.

I haven't used it much so far but as of now I like it.

I purchased the fire stick and have been mostly satisfied because it does what it is supposed to, the only issue that I have encountered is the stick can run slow or freeze at times. In hindsight I would have purchased the Firetv vs the firetv stick.

This FireTV is all I expected and not much more - I will explain. The video quality of most streams are terrible and the stick buffers constantly. However, I expected this before purchase, so my expectations have been met. Nothing more, nothing less.

A bit slow connecting to my router, but otherwise OK.

Does the job but is not as good as the chromecast.

Fire stick is good- we also have a Roku stick in the bedroom and think that is much more responsive and easier to use. If you are mostly using Amazon prime and Netflix, this will be great. We use it for much more so it was a little hard to navigate.

I would return it if I would've kept the packaging!

I cannot be sure if it is the device or my lousy comcast internet connection that causes the delay in streaming of the movies but the connections aren't that good. Im thinking it is the connection so when the device works it seems to be fine.

I wasn't that impressed with the fire stick. The quality of the new movies was not good at all. I did like the tv shows though because those were better quality. I bought the streamsmart and that is so much better and worth the extra money.

When it's working, it works good. For some reason the last one I purchased keeps freezing. Even after resetting it. I'd still buy another. This in particular one is probably just faulty.

The Fire stick is good as is, it would be great (5 Stars) if it had more memory for the Cache, often while streaming a movie it freezes, it could be my internet connection but I feel that the larger cache would take care of the issue.

So my father in law told us about this and my husband finally bought it. We tried to use it but nothing would play for is via Netflix Hulu etc. Guess we should read the instructions, right? Lol More stars once I learn to work it!

Purchased primarily for PlayStation vue. There seems to be a slight lag with the interface I.e., you click something and it had to catch up. Could be the Wi-Fi... Not sure. I may give the wired device a try and see if it's faster.

Got the fire stick for Netflix/Hulu streaming. Does what is should but menus are a little slow/sticky and the remote leaves allot to be desired. Purchased prior to the release of the second gen, would have held off had I known.

My friend to me about the fire stick so we went snd got it. She set it up a month ago and i still havent seen a movie. After 2 weeks of it not connecting I upped my internet speed and it still doesnt work. A waste of $100.00 dollars.

The Fire Stick has it's advantages with certain apps that can be downloaded. However, it's slower than my Roku and freezes during loading on Netflix. One would blame the internet, however the Roku doesn't have the same issue.

I'm a little on the fence about this purchase. Amazon Fire Stick had great reviews but I was a little disappointed that the app Sling does not work good with Amazon Fire Stick and also it did not have as many apps as I expected.

I bought the Fire Stick because I thought it would be a good companion to my new TV. I was wrong. The Fire Stick never connect to my WiFi even though I was right next to my router. I ended up returning it and getting an Apple TV.

The interface and quality are fine I'm just frustrated with the antennae. I feel it could be better. Other devices in the same room work fine but this guy has required me to prop it up from behind the TV to get signal.
