I have both Amazon Fire Stick and Amazon Fire Box. The fire stick has bad lag problems between the controller and stick. When you press any button on the controller, its a 3 - 5 sec delay before it command happens. Its a known problem with a lot of fire sticks. The fire box is excellent. No command lags with the box. I'm sure its because the fire box has a bigger and better performing processor. I would definitely recommend spending the extra money and getting the fire box.

Personally, out of roku, chromecast, and other like products.. This was my least favorite. It wasn't bad at all, I'm sure all different products are more suited for different people.. This one, just not for me.

This has potential. Every time I press down or up, it scrolls forever. It will scroll completely past what I wanted and I'm trying to come back and it starts scrolling again and passes it again. It's very frustrating.

This product is a little glitchy and will freeze occasionally. I own both the stick and the box and the stick definitely has some issues that the Amazon Fire box does not. On occasion the stick will freeze and has to reboot. Overall, this isn't my favorite platform either. I own a Roku 3 and Roku stick as well, I happen to like the layout of the menus on the Roku much better. They are a lot neater to me than Amazon. I got the Fire box and stick because I have prime and thought it would compliment it well. Its ok, but I prefer the Roku products, the Roku stick seems to be a little more reliable than my Amazon stick.

It took too much time to find what I was looking for. Controls are not that intuitive. I like Google chromecast way better but amazon makes you purchase their device to use prime. I discontinued my prime membership.

I recently purchased hey Amazon fire stick from Best Buy I think overall the purchase was a good one I haven't had any trouble out of it yet I look forward to purchasing more products from Best Buy in the future....

So far it has worked like it should. I also have a Roku, and Apple TV. If the Fire Stick had Vudu it would be a lot better, but I understand competition...blah blah blah. The Roku is still my go to out of the three.

I've heard a lot of positives about the Firestick. However, for some reason mine is not working! Next to impossible to get Amazon Customer Service. Will attempt to contact geek squad or someone for assistance.

I bought this then returned in 12 hours later when I found the Roku Streaming Stick for less money at another store. That device has a more intuitive menu and an easier to use remote than the Amazon device.

I like the fire stick. I gave it 3 out of 5 stars because it buffers a lot. I had to upgrade to a faster internet speed. Overall a good buy. Still trying to figure it out. Not cancelling cable just yet.

Everyone has been speaking so highly of the fire stick so I decided to pick one up myself and I didn't get the hype. I used it once now it's collecting dust. I should have returned it but I lost the receipt.

The stick is okay y only compliant would be loading is slow and the remote feels like a kids toy I also use roku players and between the 2 I would use stick for travel and use the roku box for home base

Easy to install. At first it seemed very complicated but getting used to it. I am not fromm the young computer generation. Getting used to it. I should have waited and gotten the voice activated unit

Just like Amazon Prime app on smart TV's, the Fire Stick's interface is pretty ugly and not very intuitive. I much prefer the Roku interface and options, which is why I returned this and got another Roku.

I found Amazon fire stick worked well for playing monies that Amazon offers buy it doesn't play all movie's or apps like a was initially told by salesperson

The fire stick worked great for the 30 days that I had amazon prime. After that time it seems that now many of the apps are really slow and some do not work at all. Especially true of my netflix. I know it is not my internet connection because if I switch to my blu-ray smart player it works fine. If using the stick it will stop working half way through the movie and just say loading until it kicks you off. I usually love amazon like my kindle but this new stick is a real put-off.

Friends recommended the fire stick to me. It hasn't quite yet lived up to the hype. So far, I prefer Netflix and other broadcast options. I'll keep trying it for a few weeks to see if it gets better.

The amazon firestick was a total disappointment for me. Its connection keeps dropping and the amazon firestick would not respond at all. I hope they improve it

I tried to not give this a star. Didn't not like it and so it was returned to the store. Its all about Amazon products and I wasn't thrilled about that. I have Amazon Prime and its not worth all the hype.

It's okay. I like that you can install apps onto it, but wish there was an easy way to send content to it from Android and iOS devices. Maybe there is a How To article and I haven't come across it yet.
