this obviously depends on internet speeds at your house. I have very good internet speed an my suggestion to you, if you have the extra money for the fire tv then get that.

Item is compact and easy to travel with. The problems I have with it is the remote design is a bit small and its need to have the wifi router right by it for it to function.

The device itself is not flawed. It is much like the Chromecast except that is is streaming from the dongle and not my tablet or phone. I wish Prime Video had more to offer.

The fire stick is good but it lacks a lot of apps. I have a chromecast and it has more apps. Plus the remote control is too sensitive.

I have been a prime member for many years. I would've never purchases The Fire Stick unless it was a great deal. I actually purchased two.

cheap, the idea of it is great. .if it would load in a timely manner i think it would be wonderful. the buffering in the middle of the movies is longer than the movie itself...

I bought this with the intention that it would work smoothly. It was choppy moving across screens and sometimes did not respond to commands. Went with an AppleTv instead

Is nice tech to use but I would have someone else build the channel packs for you if you are a beginner. It will speed up your viewing enjoyment & cut the aggravation..

If I had to do it over again, I would have spent the extra money to get another FireTV (bought two Firesticks & two FireTVs). Not enough Ram or HD space for my needs.

I like that the Fire stick gives me access to a large video and game library for the kids, However, sometimes it wont turn on and I have to pull it out and reset it.

bought this fire stick to be put in my room just to access netflix. it works but it is kinda slow. save a couple more bucks and buy the amazon tv box instead.

The headphones fit great and are comfortable but the sound is just ok. They lack the full bass that I was expecting. I've had better for almost half the price

It is functional in all it claims to do but not the smoothest to use. Typing with the remote is clunky, maybe the voice activated version would be better.

I like the fire stick itself, however the remote stopped working withing a couple days. Luckily they have an remote app you can download so I just used that.

This is great when it works; usually about 90% of the time. Had to call tech support a few times, turn off and on and eventually it works correctly.

I bought this to use PlayStation Vue in the living room. It works great, but it is very slow at every task. Just spend a little more and get the Fire TV box.

The amazon fire stick is good all around. It functions like an Apple TV or something like that. Unfortunately, the mouth does not match up with the sound.

I like it after I fixed it. It's a game changer for my bill and I can now save more money. I think you should give it a go if you can follow instructions.

I've used Roku in the past and in comparison Fire much harder to navigate through menu. Doesn't seem as inclusive, harder to find what your looking for.

Best Buy has limit on how many can be purchased which I think is poor customer service considering I have six tvs in my home but product itself is great
