Worked great for about a year then error messages and unable to connect, unable to update, all the problems I can’t fix

This is a great product made by Amazon. You can use it to stream Plex, HBO, Netflix, ESPN, and many more. The remote is responsive and shows a good range to the HDMI stick. I did notice that the Amazon Fire TV Stick was a bit warm after extended use of about 1 hour. It was easy to setup, and install apps. Does everything that I have asked of it. Not very fast. Has hung up to the point of needing to be powered off and powered back on.

I purchased the firestick and found it to be very slow. I wound up returning it for the newly released firestick in October 2016.

I like the product because it allowed me to see exactly what I wanted customer service was great the store it was in a nice location

Easy to hook up and the iPhone app works great for voice search but overall the content is stale - not a replacement for cable or dish tv.

Was not what I expected very disappointed gave for gift because I personally didn't enjoy

I expected more from this small device. It did get the job done, but I was kinda slow and laggy. If you can, get the Fire TV.

Great for sitting at home watching movies and choosing what and when you wanna watch something. It's like personalized tv.

The menu system and apps available for the device are not great. A few good ones. Keyboard inconsistencies are just un-needed

After having it for 1yr .. It over heats and stop playing .. Or maybe it too close to the tv ... I wouldn't buy another one

The device is good value for money. But I'm totally disappointed with the product as a whole. The streaming of content is not smooth. I had lots of issues with various application like YouTube, Crackle, History. I have other devices in my home where I able to stream the same content without any problem. Will definitely not recommend it.

Works similar to the Roku stick. Happy with the purchase and was really an exercise in comparison between the two products

Fire stick is okay with the no buffering feature although I wish I had the 4K one.

It takes too Kong to go back to wherever you were before and it needs a better menu system or more controls on the remote.

Worked okay for PlayStation vue. However PlayStation vue did not perform well so I'm no longer using the fire TV stick.
