Not working well

I have to press the remote 3-4 times before it moves. When you press it one time it does nothing. The firestick is in a loop and I've done everything suggested to fix. I think I got a lemon, returning it for replacement or refund.

It breaks up & turns off with an explanation of no signal or weak signal, then I have to put in the code again & it repeats the request for a code. Repeatedly I put in the code & it still wouldn't work. I checked the computer & the router & they work so it wasn't the connection. I asked about other brands & the manager said I'd get worse reception. That it was the reception in my area that was the problem. I'm not moving just so I can spend money on TV Sticks & find out I have the same problem. Then when I returned the item I didn't get a refund, I got a BEST BUY store Gift Card. so what I really got was another hassle.
