In a Gary Busey Voice. You need one of these. I have this and the chromecast and this one works well for my parents. All they do is watch my movies I have on my plex and stream movies from Amazon. This stick is parent friendly.

most of the time this does not work, it keeps saying connection lost or it just runs amuck. Not very happy with it and thinking of returning it.

I like the fire stick over the roku 3 because of the GUI, and much faster. being a prime member has it's advantages for prime content.ease of use, nice and sleek, also has a sleep function. very easy to add free content

A great plug and go solution for your TV. Your television immediately becomes a Smart TV. Major plus Amazon Prime users to stream free movies. Side apps can be loaded to make it a fully open media player. Good choice!

I own Apple TV, Google Chromecast, Roku, and now the Fire Stick. The quality is just as good, for a better price than the competitors. I can now also watch Prime shows without having to use my PS4 using the Fire Stick.

I Couldn't get it to work initially and then it loaded extremely slow. Returned and bought the TV with it built in instead and love that.

SOUND BUT NO VIDEO WHEN PAIRED WITH MY ELEMENT TV. Also had to buy an attachment so that it would be able to fit on my wall mounted tv

The Fire stick is inferior to the Roku stick in every respect. interface on this product is horrible. It's slow and unresponive.

Every time I turn it off, I have to wait about two minutes before it displays the applications, and another minute to load it.

This product got 1 star but only because it was not what I thought it was, I didn't know we had to buy movie programs also.

Does everything the Chromecast can do but faster. Easy to install new apps. The included remote just makes browsing content so much easier and not have to reply on another device to control.

We dropped cable because of the cost. Very misleading you can end up paying more for it than you pay for cable

If you haven't experienced the fire stick yet, you have no idea what you have been missing. For <$40 if all it did was turn your TV into a Smart TV it would be worth it. But that is just the beginning. If you are an Amazon prime member , most of us are these days, you will really get the value of prime video and Amazon music with this device. Then to have a device that will Netflix enable your TV is again already worth the price. Now add what you can really do, add all the TV apps you want. If you are not aware almost every TV station has an app. If you already subscribe to cable services everything you already pay for is free via there app HBO GO, STARZ, ENCORE, PBS, DISNEY etc. all have robust offerings via their apps and no need to pay on deman fees to you cable company, or pay for an additional cable box anymore. The real beauty is having 1 central interface for all your TV & Movies, and easy to access watch lists set up so that when you sit down to watch TV you can choose from your pre-selected lists. The ease of use is eloquent, and the advanced features of telling you info about what you are watching is great. Who is that actor in this scene- click oh that is who and here are some other films he is in. I can't say enough about this product except once you have it you will never watch TV the same way again. Set up takes about 5 minutes and requires no technical ability at all. You just need to have an available HDMI PORT on your TV. This device is also great for older parents and grandparents who are not tech savvy. Great one today!

I returned it for a full refund it just ddnt work for me. It happens with new technology, everything has bugs.

Great product from them. Pretty powerful for such a small size. And does way more than chromecast.

I was not able to access the additional stations. Will try again when we move to a new home in a few months.

I am really impressed with how fast and fluid the menus are for this device. And streaming in HD is flawless. And it's so small. Why have another box sitting in your living room?

It doesn't work I reviewed YouTube emails and called support Now your stores are out. Christmas over and no gift.

Amazon Fire Stick delivers! Excellent picture quality, easy-to-use, simple to setup, user friendly. Definitely an upgrade from my current chromecast and more reliable.

I returned it the next day for a blu-Ray The device would not communicate with my wireless network.
