I now have both the Apple TV device as well as the FireStick. Besides only a *slight* difference in performance (the FireStick is a bit slower) I'm very happy with this device. I realize there are some limitations with this device, but I can't find reason to not give it a full thumbs up!! Buy one and enjoy!

I got a FireStick after hearing a friend of mine rave over it. He was right! This thing is pretty cool! You do need to have some type of premium content account like Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime to take full advantage of it, but it's still pretty cool in it's own right. There are only 2 cons that I can give. The remote would be better if it had a full keyboard and there is no web browser. Other than that, it's awesome.

If you're looking to get rid of your cable provider like I did, then this is definitely a product you want to buy. It offers so many sources for you to watch your favorite tv shows. I have had mine for about 3 months now and I really enjoy it. I currently use it in my bedroom and am planning on purchasing another one for the living room. Make sure you have good internet connection though or else it will lag a little.

Product worked great. Just what I needed. I purchased more for the other TV's in my house.

A good streaming device. Sometimes it is slow at loading the main screen and I find Amazon's layout to be a bit chaotic. One thing is for sure is that this device is definitely intended for mainly Amazon Prime users. While I do have Prime, I still use Netflix more and as such would probably lean towards a Roku or other streaming device in the future due to the home layout of this device.

I can't express how much I love this gadget. To those that are looking to cut the cord, this item will allow you to do so and save tons of money. You are able to enjoy so many movies, etc from the comforts of your own home 24/7. The best thing for me.

The firestick remote made a real difference over using my phone with the chromecast...however it is tiny and my toddlers lost it in a few days. The Amazon Firestick app allowed us to continue with no issues and use multiple phones for the same stick.
