Don't know if it works
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I went on the site that comes up when you begin to set up an account, and it didn't allow 2 characters that I use for my wireless router. I choose not to change that password because it's quite unique and safe, so I never got it set up, and I didn't get around to returning it. To only allow certain characters was a big NO for me.

Product stopped working

It's frozen on one screen. The stick is connected to power supply and I even changed the remote batteries. This product is noe completely useless for me. I wonder if it is possible to return as I must have gotten a defective item. Thanks

Garbage

I've been through 3 sticks and 1 box and they are all laggy and lock up constantly. Get an Apple TV or roku for streaming. Avoid Amazon devices at all cost.
