Warranty Promise broke
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Today is 14 days after I was promised I would get fire stick replacement in 5 to 7 business days. Today is March 26, 2025 my warranty runs out October 2, 2025. So I called to see what happened with my replacement? Now I have to bring the broken one in and they will see about replacing it. I explained about how far away I lived to the nearest Best Buy ( at the least an hour drive) ? Thank you for the lies! D.P.

Posted .Hi Sedity, thank you for providing feedback for the Amazon Fire TV Stick HD. To clarify, free live TV on an Amazon Fire Stick means accessing live TV channels without paying a subscription. Some examples are Pluto TV, which offers hundreds of live TV channels and thousands of movies and TV shows on-demand;
Tubi, which offers free live news and sports channels, plus over 50,000 free shows and movies; and
Sling Free, which offers ABC News, CBS News, and Newsy, plus dozens of free content channels. Hopefully this information is helpful. Happy Holidays!
