Connected to the network, provided all the services we wanted/needd. However, not sure exactly when it lost connection, but will not connect. I tried everything recommended. So disappointed. Might give Roku a try instead of the fire stick.

Thank you for your feedback on the Fire TV Stick HD. I am sorry to hear there is not enough storage.
You can try clearing the cache and delete unused apps from your Fire Stick. This would free up lot of storage. You can do this by going to Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Applications > [APP] > Clear Data. If these steps do not help and you are still experiencing issues, you can reach out to Amazon Customer Support 24/7 at 1-888-280-4331. I hope this information is helpful.
