Our tv in our bedroom is getting old and wont support Netflix anymore so I bought this Fire Stick. It works great!! The only issues I have with it is I wish there was a cat 5 plug in it so I could connect it directly to the router instead of using wifi. And I wish there was a button on the remote to switch from the fire stick to antenna. Other than that it works great.

My old Fire stick finally gave out so I had to buy a new one. I don't like the cost of cable so I definitely wouldn't go back to them, a fire stick is the only option for me and I'm very happy with it. The price is always right so I'll always buy future fire sticks from Best Buy.

I was not sure how to use this because I am not a tech person and now I discovered it is very useful and easy to connect!

Been using the amazon fire tv stick for several years. Had a non-tech person complain about their fire stick was not working correctly, Got that person a new one, so far they seem to be much happier. The bottom buttons are a plus for them.

So much better than the old one I had. My previous firestick was 7 yrs old and really slow. This one is much faster. I bought it online and in store pick up only took like 5 minutes.

Ok so i had a duh moment... after i installed all hardware for my fire stick i got to the point to turn the power stick on and the remote wouldnt work literally after 15 mins trying to figure it out, taking batteries out and replacing them only to find out i didnt take the wrapper off the power cord. So it was never plugged in... tada! It works...lol

Works perfectly, controls tv volume and streaming service all in one. eliminates the need for the TV remote

Today is 14 days after I was promised I would get fire stick replacement in 5 to 7 business days. Today is March 26, 2025 my warranty runs out October 2, 2025. So I called to see what happened with my replacement? Now I have to bring the broken one in and they will see about replacing it. I explained about how far away I lived to the nearest Best Buy ( at the least an hour drive) ? Thank you for the lies! D.P.
