Well I found out her TV wasn't a smart TV so it was a good buy. She isn't very knowledgeable with electronics and she got the hang of it fast plus being able to talk to alexa helped her

I use this on an older vizio tv because the built in smart operating system is way too slow. The only thing that I have noticed is that using the paramount app, live local tv doesn't appear to be supported like it is using roku. But then again I replaced a roku for the firestick because Vudu would not work anymore with it, it does on my firestick, but it was limited to just that one roku as the others that I have work fine with all of my apps.
