    I enjoyed walking into Best Buy they were very friendly and helpful with finding this certain remote I needed. The remote is good quality and has great features.

    I bought it on sale it was worth every penny and more! easy to connect and setup, have all the apps I use to stream, no problem. Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, HBO MAX, Prime Video (Amazon own streaming app), Rakuten Viki, Crunchyroll, etc. Some things I was disappointed with, though. I first tried to connect it with an extra usb cable I had, it was the high charging capacity type, it kept restarting, until I use the OEM/ included cable. Then same with the USB Adapter, it would not work unless I use the included items, which sucks if I ever had to replace it. An inconvenient delay, for sure. but not a deal breaker.
