    I TOOK A CHANCE ON THIS PURCHASE B/C I CURRENTLY HAVE THE REGULAR AMAZON FIRESTICK, AND WASN'T AWARE OF THE LITE VERSION. ONCE I PLUGGED IT IN, IT WAS EASY TO SET UP JUST LIKE THE REGULAR ONE. THE ONLY DIFFERENCE, PER MY RESEARCH, IS THAT THE SOUND QUALITY WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE THAT GREAT. HOWEVER, THIS DIDN'T AFFECT ANYTHING B/C I HAVE A SOUND BAR, AND IT WORKED JUST FINE FOR ME B/C EVERYTHING WAS AS FUNCTIONABLE AS THE REGULAR FIRESTICK.

    Other than having to have our son help us not only to hook it up but to program his Netflix in and teach us how to get to it,it's awesome. Still learning but both his father and I are from the non-computerized era.

    I bought this Fire Stick Lite for the tv in my bedroom. Even though my tv is a smart tv, it would take forever for the apps to load. The tv is located in the room right next to where the main router is, so the slowness of the tv was (still is) a mystery to me. The Fire Stick has helped with the speed of loading the apps.
