    Spent to 2 hours trying to order from Amazon, called and wasted 20 minutes of my time repeating over and over. Never placed an order. About 10 minutes sending info to daughter to order for Christmas. No more than 30 in all Easy pickup!! AAA+ service.

    Took a few tries to get it started. I had to factory reset and then it was good to go. Using it right now, awesome for Disney channel netflix etc
