    I ordered 2 Firesticks on 12/23/2020 And Have only had them a month and tonight i sat down to watch t.v and both my remotes quit working completely and i dont use them that offten bc I work alot and i have tried 3 different brands of brand new batteries including the amazon batteries they came with and nothing. im kinda of upset and with my other firestick the amazon batteries can in its own little plastic wrap and the 2 i ordered from best but the batteries were just sitting in the box bc i have litterally only used them 10 times at the most i would really like a refund so i can buy the brand new ones from amazon bc to be honest those wern't the ones i wanted in the ifrst place i wanted the ones where you can turn the volume up with the remote the fire stick 4K so i would really Av refund or a store credit
