Freezes every now and then so I have to restart it. Not the worst thing in the world but currently no HBO max support so that’s annoying. All in all it works but I should have went with a Roku.

It would be nice if you are watching something and you didn't have to constantly return to the main menu because the feed stops working properly. I don't want to knock fire stick as this could be an espn problem, but it happens regardless.

I purchased two Amazon Fire TV Sticks. They worked well for the first month. When other channels were added the sound went out when I turn off the TV. I have to unplug and the Fire Stick and plug it in again to regain the volume.

Just ok. I generally love Amazon's products & services but, this is not quite a Roku. Perhaps it's size but, I have pretty decent wifi and this stick freezes at times. This product is just average and you get what you pay for.

I had to return this items because you can’t control the volume with the remote controller . Although I got the one where you can . For a few extra bucks, certainly worth it.

Needed so that visiting grandkids had working TV. Did the job we hoped it would. However, other than making sure it worked initially most of it's use was by the grandkids and not me.

No volume or power button. No one explain that to me in the store. If someone would have explained I would have spend alittle more money. I dont like it.

I felt I shouldn't need this product just to make another product from amazon work. It does add Alexa Voice commands function to my tv if I am using that input. Haven't been able to get comfortable with it yet.

Not sure if I got a bum one or not. I've had a few of these fire sticks now and I've had to re-boot this one a few times already. At least it's compatible with Echo Dot.

good product, though I did not like that it forced me to sign up for an Amazon account.

I purchased two of these from Best Buy. I have now received two replacements. It’s so weird they work fine no problems. But then the remote just stops working. I change the batteries nothing. The last replacement I got they downgraded me to one that didn’t have the volume feature, because the one I bought from the start was sold out. If you buy this purchase the replacement insurance. It sucks that I have to keep bringing it back. I have to log into everything every time it breaks.

My settings are always changing not sure why but these changes include the internet connection so am super busy correcting these changes and have lately not even using because i am so frustrated!
