Great but not intuitive!

Posted .Hello Ltttt2131! Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback on your experience! Your updates should not be getting stuck like this and typically the updates should be automatic. You can try to manually process the update by going to Settings>My Fire TV>About>Check for Updates. You can also navigate to the same menu to do a factory reset and reset the device like a new Fire Stick to see if that fixes the problem. If you continue to see the same issue, you can also contact Amazon Customer Support at 888.280.4331 to troubleshoot further or see what options you have available to you. I hope this helps solve your problem with your Fire Stick and that you have a terrific day!
