I use this device for a non smart TV and this works great easy to use. One thing I really like about it is. I synced my Blink cameras to it and I can see my home through my 55 inch TV. As long as you set up Alexa home app you will be able to use this feature. Besides that, works well with all my apps.

I have an older version and I am enjoying this newer version because of its ease to get to my more used apps that are on the remote.

I would recommend the fire stick over roku because i also have the roku express but it does not stream all live streams on youtube,it seems to have a problem with yard stream live videos,it just keeps buffering and never starts the stream!I can watch these same live streams on my fire stick with no problems and also the fire stick has a internet browser but the roku does not have a browser app!The fire stick is better for me,i would recommend the fire stick for anyone looking for a good streaming device!

It's so great to have the option to convert a tv to a Fire TV - I have one Fire Stick with all the features and opted to use tv remote with this one for a small tv in the bedroom. Works perfectly.

We put the Fire Stick on a smart TV that was not that smart. Very happy with the results. The picture is much better with the Fire Stick than using the TV without the Fire Stick. This was not used to replace cable since my wife is a TV junkie and we have cable on another TV.

necessary for Direct Stream TV app. easily to install and just follow the instructions. note: Vizio's TV you might want to turn on and off resolution problems. my brother got the 4K version of it...... resolution is excellent but your TV must be 4K.

Great for a projector, or any portable tv that you need to connect to a hotspot or mobile wifi this is a great choice with no throttle to the internet so the streaming is absolutely seamless

this was an upgrade for me from the original firestick...and i must say this upgraded was needed. i can only imagine what the other more expensive firesticks offers, but this one processes faster and very easy to use. the voice remove is very handy. definitely worth a black friday price and not much more...

I have one of these in my place in Florida, bought it last year during Best Buy Black Friday. I swore I'd buy another for my place in NY when Black Friday rolled around again. This year I got an even better deal. I can't say enough about how great this Fire Stick is. If you want to stream this does it all.

The fire stick works well. We had to install it twice to get it to work right. We are enjoying the various television options.

If you do not know how to work your TV and Fire TV Stick together it can get confusing. You have to remember the Fire Stick does not work if you do not put your TV on HDMI. Then click the picture of the house on the Fire Stick. You have to play around with the remote for the Fire Stick to see what it does and memorize it because the buttons do not have words and they are not all self explanatory. It gets pretty easy after that. I like the Alexa feature.

Works great purchsed as a replament for one we had that stopped working. Thank you Best buy for fast online ordering and east pick up.

Great item so far, I haven't had any issues as far as setting it up and using the streaming channels. The service from purchasing to pick up to use of the firestick have all been great. I was having issues with my Roku since I have had it for a few years. So I decided to give thus a try and I am satisfied.

Absolutely no issues. Intuative and practical layout. The creation of personal menu layouts exceed my smart television remote options. Usually my go to remote for control and program choices.

Great and they work as advertised. Also, they are a great value. If you need more bells and whistles there are two more models.

Love it! I needed it for an older non smart TV. I'm going to have to say I'm impressed! I have been using Roku for several years, but saw this on sale,and decided to go for this instead. Easy to navigate and videos display pretty clean for what it is. Still a Roku fan, but this gets the job done as well.

Works great. Inexpensive way to turn a regular tv into a smart tv.

This is the Lite, but it is nice. Basically it's a 2nd Gen Stick with an upgraded UI for $10 less. It has a different remote. Instead of volume, power, and mute, it has a TV Guide button. Basically if you have services like Pluto, Showtime, Sling, etc, it with present to you an organized TV Guide to watch your channels from.
