Posted .Thank you for the feedback on the Fire TV Stick Lite. I am sorry to hear of your disappointment in the remote. The Alexa Voice Remote Lite is meant for ease of use to be able to just press and ask Alexa to find, launch, and control content. App buttons may vary, it does not have TV controls and will not control power and volume on your TV, soundbar, or receiver. If these features interest you, I would recommend Fire TV Stick, which comes with TV controls. It keeps on reseting in the middle of my game and I thought this was due to my internet, which maybe the case, but it shouldn't go back to the home screen. It doesn't do this all the time; only when when there is a lot of action and that is when it's live. It had good reviews when I purchased it.

I'm sorry for the trouble you are experiencing with the Fire TV Stick Lite. Here are some things you can do to fix issues with Wi-Fi connections with your device: Select Settings > Network from the Fire TV menu, then Play/Pause on your remote, and follow the recommended steps.
Use the included features to help with troubleshooting:
-Wi-Fi switch: Use the switch to turn off/on the internet connection to your Fire TV device.
-Reboot Fire TV: Use this option to restart your Fire TV device from the Wi-Fi troubleshooting page on the device.
If the connection issue persists try the following:
-Use the connectors and cables that came with your Fire TV device.
-Confirm that you are using a Wi-Fi password and not an Amazon account password.
-Store your Fire TV out of enclosed areas such as closets that block your Wi-Fi signal.
-Restart your Fire TV device and any home network devices like modems or routers. If you need further assistance, Amazon Customer Service is available 24/7. You can reach them at, 1-888-280-4881.

While we do offer other devices in our lineup with a faster processor and more RAM allowing for snappier speed in your navigating and loading times, our entry level Fire Stick Lite should still not be lagging uncomfortably to degrade the customer experience. I would recommend trying to ensure you are updated to the latest software by going to Settings>Device and Software>About>Software Update. Here you can make sure you have the latest update and can even restart your device afterwards. This should assist in speeding up processes and improve your experience some. If it does not, you can contact Amazon Customer Support at 888.280.4331 to troubleshoot further. I do hope this helps and that you have a tremendous day!
