Posted .Hello LakshmisrikanthV! Thank you so much for providing feedback on your experience and I am terribly sorry for the lag you are experiencing with your Fire Stick Lite. While we do offer other devices in our lineup with a faster processor and more RAM allowing for snappier speed in your navigating and loading times, our entry level Fire Stick Lite should still not be lagging uncomfortably to degrade the customer experience. I would recommend trying to ensure you are updated to the latest software by going to Settings>Device and Software>About>Software Update. Here you can make sure you have the latest update and can even restart your device afterwards. This should assist in speeding up processes and improve your experience some. If it does not, you can contact Amazon Customer Support at 888.280.4331 to troubleshoot further. I do hope this helps and that you have a tremendous day!

So I got a new one as an exchanged, but it is doing the same thing. I couldn't find my receipt, so I just kept it. It is a problem to have to repeatedly unplug and plug it again every time I use the firestick. Not happy!
