Did not like that it doesn’t have have volume controls , didn’t notice till after we installed it

Keeps losing sound while idle. Must restart couple of times a day to enable sound back again. Purchase the next model not the lite.

The fire tv stick is a poorly made smart device. Half of the time there is no sound...the other half it is totally unresponsive. My internet is fantastic and my TVs are in perfect working order.

Lost sounds several times had to restart firestick

I made a return on the first one I purchased because the sound was not working on the firestick unless I unplugged and plugged it again every time I used it. So I got a new one as an exchanged, but it is doing the same thing. I couldn't find my receipt, so I just kept it. It is a problem to have to repeatedly unplug and plug it again every time I use the firestick. Not happy!

Very disappointed that it does not work with the Spectrum app. It is also not as user friendly as ROKU streaming sticks.

After working for a month, it can't find my router, eventhough i have my roku in the same place and it's working.

Missing volume control. I suggest upgrading to a better bone with more controls.

Not what I expected has no power bottom and no volume bottom also ,,not recommended

Tried multiple times over two days to get this to work. No go. One of the most frustrating experiences I've had. Finally exchanged it for Roku device. That one plugged in and booted up immediately.

We ended up reselling this as we ended up having difficulties with the product and one of our dogs kept eating them.

Fire Stick didn’t work and went return and they would not me return due to the package being opened. How was I supposed to find out it didn’t work or use it without opening the package.

does what it is supposed to do. works well and easy to use

They’re only good if they’re jail break. Why pay for cable and additional networks on the fire stick.

Not very good. I've bought several of these and after a while the malfunction and keeps resetting itself

The features leave much to be desired and the device needs to be reset about once a month.

The sound doesn’t come on half the time. It sometimes works to turn the tv on and off or unplug it.

Awesome tool only problem was the remote stop working but the USB continued to play via casting.

Returned third product to get the 3rd generation Fire stick. The difference in the cost was not worth it. Get the third generation version!!!

2nd fire TV stick purchase. seems to be damaged as it never connected to the internet...plan to return
