Absolutely love this item I was out of town and their TV service was horrible so I had to go and get another fire stick so that I can connect to my TV service at home and actually have decent TV. Thank God Best Buy is always nearby and has what I need.

I wanted to buy a new streaming device to replace my Roku Express, which only works on the 2.4Ghz band. With the Fire TV Stick Lite, I now have dual band wireless connection, which makes streaming much better than before. The Roku also did not offer any type of voice control in its remote. I've only had a problem once with the Alexa feature not responding, and to fix that I just had to reboot the Fire TV Stick. The Fire TV Stick app is a bit disappointing, though, in that it doesn't give you anything that isn't already on your remote. The Roku remote app adds the ability to listen privately by connecting a Bluetooth headset to your phone, but the Fire TV app doesn't allow you to do that.

What's to say, really? It has been great and has had zero issues.
