    The remote does not have an on/off switch or volume control. This requires you to use the TV remote along with the Fire Stick remote. Instead of these useful features, Amazon loads up the remote with an Alexa Button and buttons for more services. My guess is that the services paid Amazon so they could make the remote for free at the expense of creating a pain in the butt for its customers.
