    General instructions should be included with the FireStick especially for people 55 year and up. We are NOT all tech savory. I was seriously mislead - told by several people and the Best Buy tech that all I need to do was plug the FireStick in to the back of your TV and I'd be able to watch all the extras channels. WRONG.

    Great product, easy to use...my only dislike is that the remote needs rubber backing or at least the edges, seems to slide off every where it's placed especially couches
