Customer Ratings & Reviews

Easy to use, setup, and configure for my TV. I haven't had any issues with it recognizing commands.

This product was so easy to set up, and now we get to watch our favorite shows whenever we want.

It works as it should. Easy to use, have had no issues at all. Love the Alexa feature on remote.

This was a great choice now I can watch all movies without subscribing to premium service on cable

The Amazon Fire stick is better than the Roku stick, more modern and accurate with using the apps

Excellent! the product worked as it should and I would recommend it!

I love how small and easy it is to move it around with me. Either it be work, home, friends house.

love it still learning to use it. I like not having to pay for cable, they are to expensive.

This product is great, has every app you can think of, except YouTube. Highly recommended!

This fire stick is so easy to set up and really easy to use. Streaming is easy and very efficient.

Best entertainment device I've purchased, affordable and reliable so easy to install and use

Great streaming media player, the best compared to other streaming media brands for me

Don't be upset about buying one for every room, It's still less expensive than a 6 month cable box rental! This thing is very sleek, sensitive and user friendly. The only recommendation that I would have for Amazon is to make shock cases. The little wheel is sensitive and when you drop the remote (You will) if the wheel pops off you have to replace it all. Never checked into the warranty but if they offer it... take it

This took care of all of my streaming needs. It has everything.

Purchase for the family room. The entire family lives spending hours in here now and yes together.

I love my fire stick. I have one in every room in my house. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Loved this purchase. Just plug and play and wala instant access to the programs I get from Amazon!

I'm new to streaming service and glad I bought because it was easy to use and watch movies

Amazon fire TV stick with Alexa is a great asset for our TV experience. We are in the process of cutting the cord and the fire TV stick has been a great back up of the TV shows that we missed and movies that we want to see. Being an Amazon prime member is very advantageous as Amazon offers many videos and TV shows. It took a little time to set up the Amazon - Fire TV Stick as I am not tech savvy but all turned out great!

Installation was very easy. After upgrading our family room TV we had an extra TV that we wanted to set up in the playroom without paying to add another TV line through our provider. From the way it was explained by the salesperson, I was under the impression that I would stream the internet to access my Verizon Fios account. That is not the case. The streaming is actually through my account, but only to access Amazon to pay additional fees to watch movies. There are some free movies, but the selection is not so great. This is great for anyone who doesn't mind paying to access movies, but since I already pay a ridiculous monthly fee for TV, it isn't so great for me.
