Not the best choice for an older person.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I kept it and used it in my guest bedroom but it was not easy to set up and I ended up buying a Roku stick for my elderly Aunt ( for whom I'd bought the fire stick). I bought the fire stick for the voice control but she just couldn't remember how to use it so I replaced it with a Roku and because it has a Netflix button she can use it. It is not as user friendly as the Roku as you have to download apps individually whereas Roku does it auto and it asks for a credit card. I have a prime account so in my house it was no problem but not for someone who doesn't.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Amazon Prime offers free shipping on most items, plus free movies, music and data storage. The Fire Stick is our preferred streaming device (for non 4k video). Amazon also sells an inexpensive adapter that allows wired connection. Voice remote, plus MANY options to make this cord cutting family VERY happy. Best Buy needs to have more than 5 stars to rate this device. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ! ! ! ! !
