Bought this to see how it functions after trying the Ruku. This is more user friendly and has better apps than the Ruku. If you subscribe to amazon prime, it has a lot of Movies and show to offer.

I'm a huge fan of Apple, but Amazon is winning me over with the Fire Stick and Kindle. The Fire Stick is very easy to install and use and the price can't be beat. We've never had a problem with it.

Great for streaming but I'm skeptical about the rift between Amazon and Google that could result in the loss of YouTube

If I can figure out how to use this, anyone can! My goal is to wean myself off of all of the cable channels because of the cost, and this may be just what I need. I also love that I can access workouts through the Fire Stick. For someone who does not embrace technology, this is a great invention.

This is much faster than generation one and better with Alexa voice. I have purchased several sticks and given them away as gifts to family and friends and I have not heard one bad thing about them.

The Amazon Fire stick is an amazing device for any home. It allows the freedom of streaming like a Chromecast with the added bonus features of downloading additional apps that are actually useful.

If you don't have a smart TV this product is extremely handy it also is nice to have on vacations when you go to hotels

I have the Roku streaming; which offers a lot of content and is very user friendly. Recently we have purchased the Amazon Fire Stick as the need for another tv with "smart" abilities in our home became needed. This Amazon Fire streaming device is also (another) great solution for those with televisions that are not "smart" capable. Also, Alexa is a great (fun) feature -voice activation/search ability which is not available on the roku streaming stick. While I not yet set-up Alexa; I am excited to try this helpful, additional feature. It would seem to me that searching would be made a lot easier without a keyboard. *overall - a great product and would definitely recommend.

I like being able to watch old series. I pay for direct tv and cbs all. At a fraction of cable and I get so much more to watch. It turns my old TV into a smart tv with Netflix and Amazon prime.

Very inexpensive. I bought this item because I was paying way too much for cable and wasn't using it. Once I received my firestick, I cancelled my cable because it streams everything. Love it!

Easy to use. No problems, and great downloads even with low level WiFi. It costs less than the Roku stick and has Bluetooth connect ability that works great with my head phones - Roku doesn't.

I live the fire stich great, affordable and very easy to use. It give me the opportunity to use may apps and enjoy waching tv with been rip off by the expensive cable bill.

Can’t beat it for the money. Turns your tv into a smart tv with minimal cost. Viewing Possibilities are endless after downloading the apps. Buy it...you won’t regret it.

My first one worked well until the batteries corroded the contact and I had scrape the contacts and then I had to replace it after the second time it happened. In general it is fast and easy to use when it is working normally. Also the sale price was good.

I purchased this item to be easy to view movies and other programs easily when I'm on the move or at other people's house. It was easy to jailbreak to add other programs and works flawlously.

I'm loving my fire stick enjoying the apps movies music tv stations games and much more. It is easy to use kodi and it updates your program all the time. Couldn't ask for a better purchase

My Sony 4K is only a few years old but I couldn’t update my apps so I bought the fire stick and I’m so happy with it. Picture is phenomenal and it has a user friendly setup.

Granted... the Fire Stick is replacing our 8 year old WII. We have been using it to stream Netflix and have been real happy with the speed and the picture. Should have done this a while ago...
