Fairly easy set up. Picture quality improved by 75% over what we had been watching on tis particular TV set. Many programs to watch are possibly older or at least re-broadcasts. Can't find live TV. Perhaps I'm not using it properly.

The Fire TV Stick is one of the best streaming services on the market. I looked at Chromecast and Roku and, after reading all of the reviews, I ended up with the Fire TV Stick. I'm glad I did. It works seamlessly with all of the streaming services - Netflix, Hulu, HBO, etc. - but also allows you to download apps to extend your media capabilities. My only gripe with it is the experience for Amazon Prime media. It's honestly a terrible browsing experience. It's not really a go-to for media for me personally so it's not a huge problem, but if that is your primary media outlet, could be frustrating. Which is ironic because it's the Amazon Fire TV so you would imagine they would put a little effort into it. All in all, worth it for the price and great for cable cutting!

Easy to use. Has tons of apps to choose from. Even has stuff the kids to do. You can add controller and remotes to play games on it

I am using this firestick with my directvnow and it works great. The controls are easy to use and setup was easy.

Finally gave the Firestick a chance after buying a Roku and having a smart tv and pretty much every other streaming device. Got the stick on a daily deal with a free case and was streaming in under 15 minutes! The best feature is the Alexa voice control. I am now able to tell Alexa to start my kids show in 2 steps where it used to take a few minutes and several button presses. It is also very snappy but does get hung up on an app every now and then! Cut the cord and get one of these!

The Amazon Firestick has most of your favorite channel apps. The picture quality is great and it is easy to use.

Literally this is everything we needed to cut the cord. 2 of these, one for each TV, and we were set.We are currently using Playstation Vue plus Netflix and Prime, and only use Vue for sports. Consistent use, like in our house, does need a restart every couple weeks. This is easy to do in device settings, and I highly recommend you do so every 2-4 weeks.
