Makes Cord Cutting Easy

I didn't know that my complex had a deal with Comcast/Xfinity which I despise. Instead of giving my money to a company which has the worst customer service ever I decided to be a cord cutter. The Amazon Fire Stick helped me say goodbye to cable television. It was easy to install, but you must have wifi. I was able to get a subscription to DirecTV Now to take care of my very basic cable needs and wants, and I paired it with an amplified antenna to get my local channels. I hate that I have to use Xfinity wifi, but the Amazon Fire Stick is very much worth the money. I do not recommend cord cutting to people who are not tech savvy in the most basic sense. Cord cutting is not like having cable television.

They're simple to install and I think they're a little better than google stick as you don't need a mobile device to control it.

Neat Lil gadget!

Quick installation

Installation was super quick! The only thing that makes me nervous is not understanding what apps are free and which I must pay for. That being said, I am still happy with this purchase. I just have to do a bit of investigating of Amazon Apps!
