use as main remote

Good for non-Smart TV owners

You simply plug it into the hotel TV connect to the wifi and your good to go. Would recommend to anyone who travels as well as someone who doesn't own a smart TV. One complaint would be power cord length is super short.

I looked at reviews and asked an employee who has one. It became apparent that this was a 'no-brainer'. Went to the local BB and even asked a Product Specialist. He has one too. That's all i needed. I bought two. One for my son and one for my wife and I. Been using it a week or so. We love it. I use the smartphone app to type when typing is needed. Much faster that using the remote clicker.

Good, basic controller
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wish I could have given this 4.5 stars as there is one thing I'm not happy about, but overall it's a good controller. The one thing I don't like is that there is not a volume control on the stick, like there is on the Roku. You have to use the TV remote to turn the volume up, down, or mute. The setup is super easy, which is great as the older I get, the less I understand technology terminology. Anyone who can read, will be able to set this up.

Love my Amazon Fire TV Stick

It is so easy to set up and use. I have DirectTV Now and it works really well with my Fire Stick. I had a Roku stick but returned it because it wasn't nearly as user friendly as the Fire Stick. I also enjoy having access to Amazon movies and shows, which is a bonus. Overall, it has been great and as a result I am cancelling my satellite subscription to stick with streaming.
