I bought the Amazon FireStick for my mom's TV. She has a smart TV, but does not get the Amazon App or PBS. The Fire Stick was bought for this purpose and was easy to set up. It worked great! I was able to get some programing that my mom could not access prior. In fact, I was in Best Buy to buy a hdmi cable, but the salesperson reminded me of the Fire Stick. Less expensive and quick, easy set up! May buy one for myself!

Bought this to replace cable and so far it works great. Had to purchase a separate converter for an older TV that didn't have a HDMI cable; but other than that it works great!

For $40 allows you to stream movies and tv shows to any tv and use apps such as netflix.

This is a no brainer purchase. The device has good storage, fast response and open source compatibility. Not too mention access to the all the free apps like Pluto, tubi, Rt to names just a few. This product will provide endless hours of viewing entertainment. Easy setup, intuitive remote control with excellent battery life! This is the best product on the market for affordable digital video streaming.

When I purchased this Fire stick I didn't realize it had all the same apps I had through the cable company. It does work well. I gave it a 4-star because there is nothing special or unique about it.

This in an awesome streaming stick that is extremely comparable to the roku streaming stick. I enjoy the voice remote control. The only negative is that the usb cord plugs into the side of the device instead of the rear. Mind you that it has an hdmi extender but it’s my personal preference to not use it.

I used to have a smart blu Ray player. But the fire stick is way better. Much more features and lots of movies. Not to mention it has the direct tv app so you can watch cable.

I've been looking for alternatives to cut cable, and I think I found it. The fire stick is exactly what I've been looking for. Amazon was out of stock, so Best Buy was my next stop. The fire stick is very friendly user. Even my 3 year old daughter can navigate the remote and screen. The only negative is the remote. I like the simplicity , but the push button for the up, down, and side to side is terribly annoying. The click noise it makes is very loud and obnoxious. I wish they would change the circle button. Other than that. I am pleased with my purchase.

I really like the New Fire Stick with Alexa Voice Remote. This media box is very fast and easy to use. This unit will update by itself, and has plenty of memory without the problems of buffering. I recommend this to all of my family and friends. Works great for Netflix, and Amazon Prime..

Great device for cutting the cord. Best when you have a prime subscription. Showtime is 1/2 the price on Amazon than Cable. Easily access Sling TV, PS VUE, and other live TV subscription apps.
