Easy to use. Can pick and choose what you want to watch. Stop start resume at your leisure. Sharp picture. Helps reduce cable bill or maybe even get rid of cable all together. . Awesome family toy.

I don't subscribe to Amazon Prime but still love the Fire Stick. Only gripe is not being able to cast like I do with my Google Chromecast. Fix that, and it's Fire Stick only!

We recently dropped cable TV and the Fire TV Stick allows us to still watch online programs. Our son loves the voice search because he doesn't have to spell everything out.

I have an older firetv this one is much better with Alexa and 4K. Much faster too.

I purchased my fire stick in order to cut the cable on tv service . I use it to stream live tv and it works great. Occasionally it lags from time to time but nothing major .

The fire stick allows me to stream all of my favorite shows and movies. Works great.

I absolutely love my firestick and I like that it came with a 14 day sling subscription. I always wanted to try sling. Now that I have I think I am going to switch to sling.

I brought the firestick for my son who was going off to college. We already have 2 at home so he wanted one for college. Then his roommate had his parents purchase one for him. You can watch basically anything you want! I watch episodes of Punky Brewster and Small Wonder with my daughter. I quickly downgraded to basic cable. To be honest you don't need cable at all. However, I like watching the news so basic cable it is.

Works well and has a nice selection of apps. Makes watching things on TV easy!

My favorite part: if you search for a show/movie it will search across all available content. It will show you options in your subscriptions first, but if not available there will also show you other subscriptions that offer the content. It's fast, the picture and audio are very high quality. The only drawback is that it requires its own power source which means one more wire and can complicate things if you have a wall mounted TV. It connects via HDMI so make sure you have enough ports. One of our TVs only has two HDMI ports and both were in use and so I used an HMDI switch to add the Fire Stick. For our main TV I have it connected to the AV receiver directly to enable surround sound audio.

The fire stick was great! Easy setup process on the Fire Stick. The fact that I can control it with my Amazon Echo is great. I love the fire stick, it has great connection.

The most important feature of the fire stick is the ability to take the stick with me when I travel and plug it into the hotel room's TV. Requires an HDMI port on the TV and wi-fi. APPS are available for most if not all streaming services and the stick can be programmed to deliver most of the cable channels your cable TV provider delivers at home. Simply register using your username and password in the service provider app.

My last Firestick just died and we enjoyed using it for netflix and other apps. New remote works great but haven't used Alexa much yet. Fast loads and has great wifi range.

What an awesome little device! Out-of-box setup is easy, but if you want to have the best experience, buy the following ad-ons: 1) OTG cable 2) USB 2.0 Hub 3) USB Ethernet Adapter 4) Logitech K400 Plus Keyboard If you already own a Logitech Harmony remote, buy the FLIRC USB Infrared receiver as well. This way you can control your TV, sound system, and Fire TV Stick with just the Harmony remote.

This is great for Streaming. If you like me I have DirecTV now and I haven’t had any issues with it my daughter loves it. I would have to say it does not take long to load.
