We are full-time RVers so television is generally a problem. With the Amazon FireTVstick we are able to watch sports, news, movies, etc...with virtually no issues!

The internet wins again! With a Wi-Fi connection, a high-definition tv (HDMI port is a must for this to work) and a Fire Stick, just about everything you could possibly watch on cable is available to you at a much cheaper price than cable. Set-up is easy and subscriptions to certain apps are required but, overall, you can not lose with one of these. And, at only $40, the Fire Stick is an absolutely AWESOME deal.

Download the apps to fire app on your phone or tablet. With this app you can upload mobdro, terrarium tv, mx player, and kodi to your fire stick. Using these apps and maybe an antenna (to get local news and sports) you can completely get rid of cable. You still need the internet but that is way cheaper than having cable. If you upgrade to the fire tv you can even download movies and shows to watch them later.

Purchased this item as a gift for my two nieces. They were asking their Dad (my brother) for one. After seeing how excited they were just anticipating getting one I knew it would be the perfect gift for the holidays. Can't wait to hear from them about this gift from their favorite Uncle.

It was a little confusing to set up but once I got through that it works great. I would definitely recommend this product. I am thinking about getting a second one.

Great device that turns any monitor into a smart monitor. Great user interface and a lot of application compatibility makes this a no brainer. Works as it should.

Once I installed the fire stick and became acquainted with its functions, it took me a few days get use to operating (streaming) it. I've had a cable bill for years. The cable bill would continuously increase. a fee for this, a fee for that. Recently I received a Cable Bill for just the basic. I was so overjoyed after I calculated the money I will save annually and have even more viewing options.

Has many apps to used. Faster than Roku. I love the iheart app to listen to music.
