Alexa on a stick

It also has all the apps I like that some of my smart TVs don't have like WB and ESPN. Also it automatically integrated with my smart home features tied to Alexa. I can now turn on my lights with the remote without any hassles. A cool feature is that you can have it go to your favorite shows on Hulu or Netflix with a voice command.

Great idea, but not for customers

Because of Google's and Amazon's dealing problems, this service will discontinue starting January 1, 2018. So, this item will be useless starting new year.

My PlayStation died which is what we used to watch Netflix on and there's no need for that now. Since I can watch that and other apps with the fire stick. I don't want my wife to hear this but she was right when she told me to buy this.. shhh don't tell her please. Ps I'm still replacing my PlayStation.

Amazon fire stick

The voice search is great and I love how I can add apps like Netflix and YouTube. The price is really great! It's also cool that it links with my Amazon account and I can rent/buy movies to watch immediately or at a later time. My only complaint is I wish it didn't hang from my tv. Maybe in the future, the extension could be a longer cord.

Connected easily makes my Chromecast seem complex

I have 2 Chromecast devices and the fire stick exceeds my expectations over those. My only negative is it doesn't seem to work well with my existing echo dot but that could just be my learning curve.
