I have had multiple "unlocked Android devices", which were a pain to update and a pain to operate. This Fire Stick works flawlessly, updates easily, and can be expanded to add extra programs (KODI, movies, etc). I LOVE my Fire Stick! Do't buy a problem-riddled Android Streaming device- you have to be an IT techie to update them, and they are a constant pain! You won't regret this purchase!

The smart TV I purchased has a reputation for “bandwidth problems”. Funny, every other device in the house doesn’t have this issue. So, after resetting this and that and countless online remedies that did nothing, I purchased this item that happened to be on sale at the time. Boom! Problem solved instantly. Time is money, and the firestick paid for itself quite quickly.

The best product to own if you want to cut that cable. With all the apps available, to include 3rd party apps, there is no need for cable or sattelite. You do need an amazon account, but I don't know anyone that doesn't. Every now and then you may need to disconnect power to reboot the stick, but not often. Other than that, this is a must buy if you want to cut that cable.

The Amazon was exactly what I expected it to be. I am able to use the device to stream online. The voice enabled remote is an awesome tool. The price is great compared to other devices. It is user-friendly for any age group. The portability of using it on any television within my home is wonderful as well. I can use it throughout my entire home regardless of where I am watching television.

I purchased 1 of these years ago just recently I purchased 2 more to add to put on basement and living room tv’s. I use these for everything I watch great product, I would say some stuff loads a little slower than I like but that’s only in my old one. The newer version which you would get if you purchased this is great, no lags no long loads and voice control on remote.

Since I lost my old remote , I had to purchase whole new fire stick! Anyway great item for watching movies and it has some cute kid friendly games for entertaining!

The firestick is very nice to have. If you looking to save money on your cable, this is the way to go, you can down size your cable box by adding a firestick.

Received one for Christmas last year and liked it, so bought a second when we got another tv where it wasn't possible to run a cable. Voice command works well.
