Customer Ratings & Reviews

The smart TV I purchased has a reputation for “bandwidth problems”. Funny, every other device in the house doesn’t have this issue. So, after resetting this and that and countless online remedies that did nothing, I purchased this item that happened to be on sale at the time. Boom! Problem solved instantly. Time is money, and the firestick paid for itself quite quickly.

This is a good upgrade to the previous one. The bigger remote with rubber buttons is a nice upgrade, better to hold in the hand. The upgraded processor is a bit faster but could have used an upgrade in memory as well. Overall, this is a great media streaming device for the price.

Got rid of a lot of Dish channels to lower the bill. The Firestick is great. Many more newer free movies than Dish. The next week we got one for our daughter.

Best thing ive brought in awhile! I brought 2 but should've brought more

I am running Playstation.Vue on this and it works fine. Also running Netflix. I like that it is witless. Comes with extender cable in box. Highly recommended.

The best product to own if you want to cut that cable. With all the apps available, to include 3rd party apps, there is no need for cable or sattelite. You do need an amazon account, but I don't know anyone that doesn't. Every now and then you may need to disconnect power to reboot the stick, but not often. Other than that, this is a must buy if you want to cut that cable.

Works great and easy to use. So many great apps. Even my gf can navigate through this.

My kids have been after me to get one of these but I didn't think I could figure out how to use it. It went on sale so I finally got one. My son said he would come over to install it but I read some review by other seniors that said it was easy so I gave it a try. I was able to get it going quickly and easily and love having this especially as I can use it where there is no regular cable set up.

The upgraded hardware in this 2nd gen firestick is far superior to the previous version. Response to commands is much quicker compared to my older firesticks.

Just plug and play. Super easy to install, makes my non-Smart TV, Smart!

Purchased this Fire TV Stick to replace my original 1st edition Fire TV stick. Works as expected, placing you into the Amazon video ecosystem. Nice option to view premium channels(HBO/Cinemax/other) via the interface. App store has all apps that even an advanced user could need.

Downloads apps my Verizion Smart TV cannot. Works great! Very simple to install and use. From box to use is 5 minutes and most of that is unboxing. Well worth the low price.

Installed Kodi on it in a breeze, works great, cheaper alternative to Apple TV any day

The Amazon Fire Stick works like a champ, It does everything as advertised. You do need an Amazon account to receive full function of the unit. The product is well worth the money and I would recommend it to anyone, especially if you are sick and tired of watching disgusting commercials that almost make you gag or annoy you to death. Great product, great price.

Easy to program. Powerful. Seamless. Efficient. As described and touted.

I have enjoyed my FireStick from day one. I added a HBO Go subscription so that I can watch some even more awesome shows. It is a great little piece of technology and it streams 1080p content really well as long as you have a strong connection. You can also use your smart phone as a remote. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that wants to have some extra functionality to their older TVs.

We love it and think it is a real bargain. Good technology, could be a but faster. Practical for those who may want a change in how programming is delivered.

Since I lost my old remote , I had to purchase whole new fire stick! Anyway great item for watching movies and it has some cute kid friendly games for entertaining!

Found it easy to set up. Has all the apps and access to all Prime content. Good item.

Works as expected, effortless setup, consistent connection and no lag time
