I was initially hesitant at purchasing a HDMI TV streaming stick, but had grown tired of connecting and disconnecting a laptop. The included remote is simple and straightforward. However, I've found the smartphone app awesome for typing in a search parameter, the app is free and connected seamlessly. Strongly considering buying a second stick for use at a second television.

Did not want the series 3 so I went with the series 1 in gold. I love my watch do not know what I did before. I’m still learning things about it!!

Easy to set up and align existing apps and services. As a Prime member the integration of Prime TV was seamless. User interface is easy to use and search feature crosses through many applications to find the movie/show you are looking for. Remote is not universal to your other electronics but you can buy an adapter for $20-25 to convert the remote to universal.

Best investment I have made in a long time! I am going to get another one for my other TV! I was able to cut the cord on my kitchen television. We watch local ABC news LIVE in the morning and evening without having to pay the monthly $6.00 fee for the adapter box from cable TV! So many other choices and apps are available on the Fire TV Stick and the PRICE IS SO RIGHT!!

There are a lot of streaming devices on the market. However, Amazon products seem to never fails me. We have given thought to purchasing another SMART TV, yet if the streaming features fail to load on the tv, we will be at a lost. Ihave no major complaints and I do recommend getting one or two. These are easy to replace rather than an expensive television due to failing features.

very limited to amazon products.has decent speed.used Roku and cromecast also and the stick compares to both but the chromecast is the easiest to cast to the television.

Item is perfect for smart TV's. Love that it updates on its own (you don't even notice until you see the new channels) and it's voice activated.

Definitely worth the purchase if you're looking to break free of satellite and cable to transfer to streaming. Highly recommended and be sure to look at youtube videos of how to jailbreak to open up movie/tv content, but if you already have hulu, netflix, or hbo go, this is a great device to connect to your home wi-fi. Just know you will need an electrical outlet to run.

I am new to this device. So very very easy to set up! And that is coming from a non-techo person! I love how easy it is to get to Netflix....which is what we use the most. You have to have a credit card available to download most apps even if they are free....that’s odd but whatever.....I can deal with that. I"m VERY happy with this purchase!!!

This item has become the way of watching television for me after power was restored to my resident after Hurricane Irma and Maria passed through.

Even though I bought it for a nice discount on Black Friday, i still think it would have still been a steal because of the many viewing options.

I love the Amazon fire stick. I have a prime account and this makes it easier to watch shows/movies at home. Product came earlier than expected.
