The firestick is a great way to merge music, photos, and TV all into one convenient place. Alexa voice command makes navigating so simple! Over all, the firestick itself is a great product! The only problem that I have is that it's functionality is very limited for those who do are not Amazon prime members. In order to get the full benefit of everything the firestick has to offer, you must have a membership. The membership is not that expensive, but it still would have been helpful to know that a membership is necessary to access the majority of the apps before having purchased the firestick.

The Fire stick is so simple to set up and use, the voice control is great.

I have an older Roku and now this Fire Stick. Frankly, the Fire Stick just looks better on the TV. It also has a better remote and better voice integration with Alexa. The Roku's voice integration is only for basic searching while the Fire Stick's has full Alexa support. Yes, the Fire Stick does throw Amazon content at you, but you can choose to ignore it.

Have a Chromecast, but it doesn't support Amazon Prime video. Bought this to watch Amazon movies. Love that it has a remote. Makes it easier to browse movies and apps. Hate that Google and Amazon can't play nice together... might be losing YouTube in 2018.

The Amazon Firestick is great for streaming on several platforms like Amazon Video, Netflix and Hulu. I'm not real fond of the menu layout, and that you need to go into settings in order to put it to sleep. For a basic streaming device, this is a good value.

Amazing, just got my Amazon Prime account and have been very impressed with what I have access to. We are using the fire stick more than or ATT Uverse remote Easy setup, easy operation, search option is very precise and fast, crazy fast load times (we had been using a Wi to access NetFlix). Watching YouTube on the big screen is awesome, if you can think it, it's there.

The big difference between this product and chromecast is how practical is to have a remoto control instead of use a cellphone or a computer

It's not the fastest, but has a lot of features, especially if you're an Amazon Prime member. You can also side load almost any android app.
