I have other Samsung Smart TVs in the house and I do prefer the available apps on those slightly better. Just check to make sure it has the apps that you use before purchase. Direct LAN cable connection would be nice.

Simple yet powerful value

I couldn't be happier with my purchase. You simply plug it in to the USB port on the back of your Television and turn it on. Literally it's that easy. Buy it, you won't be disappointed,

Great product that you can take anywhere

The kids were able to keep themselves occupied when we were in Florida And was raining. They just plugged it up to the tv and watched movies all day in the condo! Do this year I bought two, one for each of my sons. . They are going to love it!!

More like smouldering stick-it’s good/nice though

Streams thru wifi with very little buffering or freeze ups (and my wifi isnt the greatest and the FireTV is in another room, 30yards away). Can install any app you want, very easy to use. Bought this and an over the air antenna for HD local channels and cancelled my expensive, rip off cable tv. Saving $75 a month now! Thank you Fire Tv!!

Good alternative to basic television.

We previously had been using Chromecast but wasn't happy with how it was working, particularly when loading content. The Firestick is much better so far.
