My girlfriend and I purchased this with the intent of potentially getting rid of cable when our contract is up in June and of course the Amazon Firestick does not disappoint! We're able to watch our shows, movies, and connect to Youtube. Definitely one of the best purchases we've made.

I bought my firestick to stream movies. Very easy to connect to my tv and self help steps to connect to my Amazon account. It is required that you have an amazon account. If you don't have a computer or laptop you can use android phone to set up account as well.

I do not have a smart tv,with the FS I'm able to view a full area of programming. Love the FS.

Amazon did a wonderful job when they released this new version of the firestick in November. Now has a qua-core processor and the Alexa voice remote for the same price as the gen 1 firestick. It's a really great value and in my opinion the best entry level streaming device on the market.

Great device, I use it so my toddlers can watch different cartoons on the tv, it has Netflix!!

The fire TV stick was relatively easy to install and operate. I installed it to my receiver instead of direct connection to TV since all my other devices are also connected to the receiver. It was also a bit easier this way since it was hard to get behind TV. Works great.

This has been the best purchase I've made from best buy since I started shopping there. With a little know-how you can ditch the Cable company. You can literally watch every bit of media ever made or ever will be made. Side note. You need a pretty good wifi signal for best results.

I love it so much that since I'm visiting Salt Lake and I left mine at home I got another one.

This is a wonderful way to get rid of cable and dish. There are no inflating costs. You don't need to worry about programming your DVR or weither or not it recorded your show. You can get all of your favorite shows and movies without all the extra bulky equipment taking up valuable space.

Works easily with any TV that is not a Smart TV. Easy set-up and navigation. Was skeptical at first, but got it home and followed the screen prompts and was up and running in no time at all. Well it did take a bit for the updates, but once it was done it worked like a charm

Bought this when my roku died and it's worked so much better - navigation takes a bit to get used to, but I've had fewer problems with app loading and access to movies is easier through amazon.

Does pretty much everything it's supposed to. Much better now that out has the alexa feature.
