If you’re looking to drop the outrageous cable bill then this is what you need

Amazon fire it’s simple and with a great variety of apps to watch any program.

This is a great item. Used it primarily to have Internet access viewing on a living room TV we do not have cable connections on. It has many excellent apps but be carefull not to keep it plugged in too long. It can overheat. Otherwise an excellent media source.

I am really enjoying my fire stick. It gives me access to videos, games, and apps so that I'm able to enjoy whatever it is I like. I like the fact that it's fast and also the Alexa voice remote because I can just talk to it without having to push all the buttons.

Cancelled cable and only used the fire stick now and has saved me $100 a month!

You will have to have an Amazon account. It doesn't charge you anything but you will have to have one anyway. For us old foggies that doesn't make sense. Have your kids or grandkids help you set it up. I like to Roku Express better though.

The ability to load my favorite apps and games on my firestick is remarkable..

I use it to make my TV a smart TV, stream movies on Netflix and Amazon Prime.

It's easy to use easy to setup I just wish the stick used the t.v.'s power to power on instead of having a cord from the stick to your wall outlet I didn't know this prior to buying it. I though you simply put the stick in your HDMI port and that was it.

Love the Amazon TV Fire Stick. Bought it to play our movie collection and it works great with the Kodi app. We used to use WD Live but after upgrading to Windows 2012 Server the WD wouldn't consistently connect to the network. The Fire Stick connects every time. I personally like the WD better because it downloads metadata from all the movies (Cover pic, movie summary, actors, date, etc). I don't think the Kodi app has this capability or I haven't discovered it yet. But, none of that matters if you can't watch the movies. This is very important to us since we have converted our entire movie collection (over 2000 movies) to iso and mkv formats. I was initially concerned about playback with the wireless connection but it has been flawless. We are using a new Linksys Velop wireless router so that could make a difference. Don't know. I plan to buy at least one more of these for the bedroom.

I got one of these for both of my kids, and they use them daily. My daughter likes to use hers mostly for her Hulu, and Netflix, and my son uses his with our Amazon accout to stream music. Great gift for that young adult that you don't know what to get them.

I picked this up because I didn't like the chromecast remote from my phone that my tv required. Firestick was cheap enough and a much easier learning curve for me. Installs in a minute and ready to go. Couldn't be simpler and has cool "Alexa" voice command.

This device is a great device for all the shows you want to watch from amazon.
