Customer Ratings & Reviews

With so many options out there, I was skeptical about this being the best fit for our family. However, everyone in my household, even my not so technologically savvy wife, loves using it.

it is really easy to use but you have to point it toward the tv. we have both roku and firetvsticks.... i prefer the firetv... but they are pretty much the same: for those of you who are trying to decide which to get. Firetv provides more on-screen which is interesting but not necessarily better. Roku is more direct.

We are not giving four stars because the Firestick is a bit tricky to use. It is fast and responsive. The first day using it, I purchased a movie by mistake - it is so responsive I didn't have time to stop the purchase. Otherwise we are just beginning to get the hang of it, and it has been fun to explore the possibilities.

I wasn't sure at first if I would like the voice to text feature, but once I tried it, was completely worth the investment.

My daughter kept telling me that I would like it. I thought that it was just another complicated gadget that was going to annoy me. I rant and rave about my fire stick. It's the best.

Easy to use and I'm happy with all the apps on the stick

I love my fire stick it gives me control of my TV, and help me ditch cable. when you are in an area that has bad reception, but good internet it is a great device to have for streaming television.

Wow, the Fire Stick works like a charm. Easy to set up, quick to connect and it looks good. It comes with an adapter in case your Tv's HDMI port is hard to reach. A best buy at Best Buy.

I have 3 firesticks in my house on each TV that I have. I don't have to unplug and plug, I can continue watching where I left from other room and resumed to watch on different room

Definitely worth the money even if you already have a smart TV, this allows you to expand your viewing even further through buying additional apps which you can add on some smart TVs.

It was great I loved it me and my family could watch movies and my kids could watch there shows and they could also play games in the tv I definitely recommend this product

I cancelled cable and went with streaming services with the help of the fire stick. Works as expected and probably does more that ai haven’t figured out yet. Easy to install and use

I have an older Fire stick (dual core version) and am happy with it; but since the new one is with quad core, I decided to upgrade. The new one is really fast comparing to the old one; menu is also upgraded that is different from the old one; and pre-loaded with tons of stuffs that I removed almost 80% of them just to keep the device clean. The device runs Netflix, Pluto, and other added apps without any issues. The remote control however changed from the older version, and inserting the batteries the first time was a real struggle for me as I didn't want to pry open the battery door, and following instruction to slide the door just didn't work well. Another wish is if it could support 4K.

This fire stick is better when using for Direct Tv now as compared to Roku. The buffering is almost gone but not quite perfect yet .Roku buffers almost all the time, still worth the price.

This Fire TV stick is great and we take it everywhere we go to watch the amazon prime shows/movies. Very easy to use and with a good wifi speed then there is no problem streaming shows etc.

Was told by friends that I could cut cable with one of these sticks and after months of waiting I finally made the move and am happy to say as if today I have cut my cable best thing invented...

I really enjoy the firestick and all the channels it has to offer. I upgrade from the roku stick to the firestick and it has been an amazing upgrade for me and my family. No more cable bills for me.

Upon starting it, gave me an amazing impression on how sharp, fast, and easy this fire stick is. Shared my experience to my coworker and she let me order one for her. She enjoys it as much as I do.

Fire stick is very easy to use! Lets you go without the cost of cable tv.. You also get alexa with it to find programs quicker. You can remove and use on an other another tv.

I absolutely love the fire sticks, this is my 4th one, I now have it one all 4 of my TV's. I no longer have cable TV I just have Amazon Prime and the fire stick. Very easy to use.
