As someone who only streams content I find the Amazon fire stick very useful. All the streaming services' apps are available and work seem less. It's my 4th one in the house. One in each room.

The Fire stick brings easy access to Hulu, Netflix, Amazon and a variety of other digital goodies. The remote takes a little getting used to, but I can do it in the dark now,

Suggested by our son and purchased from Best Buy in a very good price. Now my husband and I are enjoying in our room with this device. Easy to use, convenient for us as well.

bought this for a "not smart tv" with no cable hookup.. Great to watch Prime shows.

Worth the upgrade, and this is much faster than the previous models. I have a few different Firesticks around the house, but this is by far the fastest.

I really enjoyed this product, which was a HUGE upgrade to having NOTHING to watch. Be prepared to spend extra money to purchase subscriptions if you don’t already own them.

I had a roku stick and this 2nd gen amazon stick made it look like it was from the stone age. Speedy and very responsive. I just wish I had bought it sooner. So happy that I have it now though.

The Amazon fire stick is a great alternative to purchasing cable. I like personalizing the programs I want without paying for a package of programs I don't want. It was very easy to install.

Easy to use for those who are NOT tech savvy. I use it everyday to watch my favorite shows since I don't have a DVR. I love watching YouTube videos on my my tv instead of a tiny phone screen.

We use the fire stick everyday. We get to watch Netflix, amazon prime and bunch of kids shows from apps like PBS and Disney Junior which my toddler son love. Great purchase.

This is one of the best devices I got. I can stream movies, watch live TV, play games and do other things to this device to keep it up to date

No one ever mentions that the Fire TV devices support MPEG2 playback. This is HUGE if you plan on using these to stream live over-the-air TV from your own antenna at home (this is different from streaming live TV over the internet from Sling/DirecTVnow/etc...). Over-the-air broadcast television uses the MPEG2 format. Roku does not support this, but Fire streaming devices do. If you ever decide to incorporate an HD Homerun to stream your OTA television to your TVs in the house using any kind of streaming stick/device, then you'll want your streaming sticks to be able to support the native MPEG2 format coming in from your antenna.

I am very happy with the new the new fire stick. The voice feature allows you to get to what you are looking for faster and allows you to connect to Alexa to get other information. Great product.

Was easy to use and navigation is easy with the remote. Sometimes the device will freeze on the home screen. Unit does get hot while using but had not caused any issues. Already have6 firestivks
