Basic fire stick from Amazon. Have been using it for a month and have no complaints. Amazon was very helpful in assisting to set it up and fix a disconnect when it happened.

It’s difficult to say this is reasonable substitute to regular subscription TV. The remote is not very user friendly. I have used Apple TV at my sons and have found it much more user friendly and easier to setup. But, that said, both options require. Subscriptions to access nearly every channel at a monthly cost. And I still haven’t managed to connect the tv to Alexa to use voice commands.

I love the Amazon Firestick. It is great to have so many options available. It has allowed me to get rid of cable and saved me money, while allowing my family to continue to enjoy tv

Updated from 1st Generation stick for the voice remote feature. Easy to set up and connect to Wi-Fi. As long as you have the various streaming accounts it's a great way to get away from cable.

I've watched a lot of you've videos on streaming devices and the Fire Stick it's a great way to get started. I love that you have access to an app store and there's other ways to get even more. The reason for 4 starts is the FIRE TV has more RAM and just runs better but this is still great for basic functionality

This is my second fire stick purchase. I purchase the first fire stick when it first came out and I am still using it. I needed another one to have in my bedroom. Very easy to use and operate.

Easy set-up. Almost plug and play. I use it to stream programming I pay for at another service location. This allows me to simply use a basic level of service at our vacation house.

Works better than I expected it to. Most likely going to order a couple more for other TVs in the house. Easy to use. Remote is simple and the voice remote is a nice thing to have.

I recently dropped cable and switched over to other streaming services and this TV g made it so easy and it work perfectly as it should. Love the ease of use and access of it

As long as you have internet, you don't need to pay rhe high cable cost.... Who looks at all the channels in the package you are paying for???? The stick saves me hundreds of dollars a year

I like this product. Better than a Roku device. I would give it 5 stars however most apps require a cable subscription

This is the greatest thing to have! My Samsung tv app always had a problem loading Netflix app and now with amazon stick I don’t have any issues! Fast and comfortable with my tv.

I love how easy to use this device is! I'm able to stream Sling TV, Amazon Prime content, HBO Now, Hulu, and Netflix all from one device. We even purchased another one for the living room!

I already have Chromecast and Roku but got this one as the Dish Anywhere app is on the Amazon Fire platform but not Roku or Chromecast. Works great for the price. Got it for 29.99.

Difficult to learn to use although I am not very tech saavy. Would recommend to most people. Probably not to seniors.

The Fire stick brings easy access to Hulu, Netflix, Amazon and a variety of other digital goodies. The remote takes a little getting used to, but I can do it in the dark now,

Now I am able to view more with the fire stick good buy, what a great purchase, sorry I waited so long to buy it. I can always find something to watch now, that I really want to see on tv.

Suggested by our son and purchased from Best Buy in a very good price. Now my husband and I are enjoying in our room with this device. Easy to use, convenient for us as well.

Bought this right before Christmas. I thought I would give it a try, wouldn't stay connected to my network .I tried everything that I could ,reset router, reset extender, connect to diff. bands, reset Firestick. All to no avail when it was connected,it worked pretty nice. Although the interface with ads stinks! When I buy your product and pay for subscriptions I shouldn't be served up ads!!!!

No one ever mentions that the Fire TV devices support MPEG2 playback. This is HUGE if you plan on using these to stream live over-the-air TV from your own antenna at home (this is different from streaming live TV over the internet from Sling/DirecTVnow/etc...). Over-the-air broadcast television uses the MPEG2 format. Roku does not support this, but Fire streaming devices do. If you ever decide to incorporate an HD Homerun to stream your OTA television to your TVs in the house using any kind of streaming stick/device, then you'll want your streaming sticks to be able to support the native MPEG2 format coming in from your antenna.
